Candess

Candess N. Wing is the co-founder and qualifying broker of CJ’s Pro Realty, LLC. Candess moved to the Atlanta area in 2003 after attending college and quickly started her career in real estate.

Her extensive passion for the real estate business is attributed to her family’s 40 + year’s  in residential construction that have them known as one of Northern Ohio’s top builders.

Candess obtained a real estate salesperson license in Georgia at an early age while working closely with one of Coldwell Banker’s top agents.

She developed the ability to implement sound marketing strategies for properties through extensive technology utilization. Candess has gained the reputation of always going above and beyond her client’s needs and expectations in all faucets of their real estate transaction. Not wanting to be known just for her number’s she adds a personal touch to each transaction that few have the patience for. She obtains her gratification from helping each individual or family through one of the biggest decisions or investments of their life.

Energetic and goal driven, Candess obtained her broker’s license in 2007 and opened CJ’s Pro Realty, LLC with her life long partner Josh Wing. Candess prides herself on handling the details in order to make transactions as stress free as possible for her clients.

Josh

Josh has a natural ability to notice issues or problems that may go unnoticed by the average adult. This value he brings is priceless to a new homeowner or someone investing in a REO or Hud home.

Josh Wing is co-founder and licensed real estate agent with CJ’s Pro Realty, LLC. Also a Ohio native, he moved to Georgia in 2003. Licensed in 2008 he quickly realized his love of real estate.

Certified in HUD and REO properties he finds it satisfying to find the great deals that this current market offers to home buyers. You will find few more hands-on as Josh throughout your real estate transaction. He faces issues head on and commands positive results. He keeps up with the current market trends and is educated in the market conditions and current loan programs. Josh is detail oriented and determined and will never leave an item undone, unresolved or any stones unturned. He is 100% committed to assisting his clients every step of the way through and after the biggest decision of their life.

Cheryl

Cheryl Bonno comes to CJS Pro Realty with over 15 years of experience in the residential real estate field. Upon concluding a successful career at IBM, Cheryl began her real estate career as a Real Estate Assistant in the Greater Atlanta area. Cheryl eventually received her Real Estate License, and went on to become a successful agent on her own. During her Real Estate career, Cheryl received numerous awards, including being named to the exclusive Cobb County Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club multiple times. Over the years she has helped many families in the Metro Atlanta area with buying and selling real estate.

Cheryl has expanded her knowledge in the real estate market by earning several designations over the years. Her ePro designation has enabled Cheryl to be more successful in marketing properties and doing business via the internet. To assist her Seller’s in today’s tough market, she has also received the designation of AHS – Accredited Home Stager. It’s imperative that every client’s home puts forth that great first impression. This designation has enabled her to successfully market and sell many properties that previously went unsold. In 2010, she received the CDRS designation (Certified Default Residential Specialist) to assist families who may be at risk of losing their home.

To assist her Seller’s in today’s tough market, she has also received the designation of AHS – Accredited Home Stager. It’s imperative that every client’s home puts forth that great first impression.
